Before You Start
Before making changes to your DNS records, either verify that you yourself have login credentials to the DNS provider used by your organization, or work with a member of the IT or development team to assist you.
Common providers used for DNS hosting include: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Network Solutions, Cloudflare, eNom, 1and1, DNS Made Easy, Bluehost, Namecheap, iPage, Register.com, and AWS (Route 53).
After making updates to the DNS, it can take between 5-80 minutes for HubSpot to complete the verification process.
You do not have a limit to how many email sending domains you can connect, but you must own and have access to each one.
If you connect a subdomain such as
info.yourcompany.com as your email sending domain, the domain you use as the From address when sending emails needs to match the subdomain you connected (e.g. emails@info.yourcompany.com).
If you use Cloudflare to configure your email sending domain, make sure that domain-wide CNAME flattening and proxy settings are turned
off.
