Connecting the Policies
Before You Start
Before making changes to your DNS records, either verify that you yourself have login credentials to the DNS provider used by your organization, or work with a member of the IT or development team to assist you.

Common providers used for DNS hosting include: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Network Solutions, Cloudflare, eNom, 1and1, DNS Made Easy, Bluehost, Namecheap, iPage, Register.com, and AWS (Route 53).

After making updates to the DNS, it can take between 5-80 minutes for HubSpot to complete the verification process.

You do not have a limit to how many email sending domains you can connect, but you must own and have access to each one.

If you connect a subdomain such as info.yourcompany.com as your email sending domain, the domain you use as the From address when sending emails needs to match the subdomain you connected (e.g. emails@info.yourcompany.com).

If you use Cloudflare to configure your email sending domain, make sure that domain-wide CNAME flattening and proxy settings are turned off.
